I am Julián Martínez.
My name is Ana Cristina Tavarez and I am a cinematographer from Dominican Republic based in STL, Missouri. I am passionate about film and art.
With a degree in Cinema Arts from Lindenwood University I was able to gain experience in cinematography. I have always been captivated by the beauty of composition and lighting.
I have worked in narrative, documentaries, commercial, and music video projects. I always strive for my frames to be able to tell the story. I love collaborating closely with directors to find the visual language that best serves the story. I’m often drawn to naturalistic lighting, bold color palettes, showcasing diverse cultures through film and finding beauty in everyday simple moments.
